Warehouse Executive (under Acelink Logistics)

Responsibilities:

  1. Formulating strategies and policies to reach the organization’s objectives
  2. Responsible for Material Planning requirements and forecasting
  3. Responsible for Warehouse Inventory forecasting
  4. Responsible for inventory control accuracy, stock replenishment, capacity planning, timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities
  5. Maintain reliable and accurate stock records in the system
  6. Manage warehouse operations while supervising a team of warehouse personnel
  7. Daily planning and control of inventories and warehouse space
  8. Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend for improvement
  9. Conduct analysis of errors made in warehouse operations and identify root causes
  10. Manage warehouse inventory reports/other warehouse reports
  11. Demonstrate full understanding of safe work practices and procedures
  12. Candidate must be able to withstand temperatures as low as -18 degrees Celsius when going in and out of the warehouse to resolve issues when required

Requirements

  1. To be successful as a Warehouse Executive, one must have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP software. Additionally, knowledge of warehouse management best practices, as well as regulations and compliance requirements, is important.
  2. Work Location: 5 Senoko Road

5.5 days workweek

Work Timing: Monday to Fri 8am to 5pm, Sat 8am to 12pm

OR

Work Timing: Monday to Friday 12 pm to 9 pm, Sat or Sun 12 pm to 4 pm (based on roster assigned)

OR

5 days workweek, based on roster.

Work Timing: Monday to Sunday, 9 pm to 7 am

(1 Rest Day and 1 Off Day on any day of week)

Store Officers / Storemen (Acelink Logistics)

Requirements:

  1. Able to read English for work
  2. Support inbound or outbound warehouse operations
  3. Has Singapore Forklift License
  4. Follow up any other work instructions from the Operations Supervisors/Executives
  5. Has to do Loading and Unloading activities, including stacking or unstacking of pallets load
  6. Ensure warehouse cleanliness
  7. Participate in stock takes, inventory control, scanning/checking duties
  8. Function Area will be Automation Cold Room warehouse environment
  9. Work Location: 1 or 5 Senoko Road
  10. Work Pattern (will be fixed for either of this)

Day Shift: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri= 0800hrs-1700hrs) (Sat= 0800hrs to 1200hrs)

Mid Shift: 5.5 days workweek (Mon – Sun) 12 pm to 9 pm (5 days), 12 pm to 4 pm (0.5 day)

Night Shift: 5 days workweek (Mon – Sun, with 2 rest days per week) 9 pm to 7 am (Night Shift incentive applicable)


Class 4 Delivery Drivers (Acelink Logistics)

Requirements:

1. Loading and unloading goods from the warehouse.

2. Deliver to supermarkets/customers based on assigned drop off points

3. Stick to the designated route.

4. Keep your vehicle clean.

5. Hold a valid Singapore Class 4 driver’s license and have a good driving record.

6. Be familiar with Singapore roads.

7. Be independent and responsible.

8. Work Pattern: 5.5 days workweek,

    Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 4.30 pm, Saturday 7.30 am to 11.30 am
